I SOOOOOOOOOOO Want One

I want a slice so bad, but I have a Silhouette that I have yet to use. But this is so cute and looks so much easier to use. I haven't pre ordered yet, but I want one!!!! My scrapbooking addicted personality has to have one. PPPPPPPPlllllllllllllleeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzzee.

Onto other news, the kids are both sick with sinus infections. Allison hopefully has the depression under control. She is now on the same medication as me and maybe, she won't be at the same dosage as me. Michael now has the cough I had 2 weeks ago, and the one Allison still has. He really doesn't need to get sick.

Still need to finish the pages I did 1 month ago when I went to Louisville for the crop across america. This weekend I will finish and post some of the better ones.

The Flu Hits Georgetown Kentucky

It has been an extremely long week. Worked late just about every night. The flu has hit here and when you work at a pediatrics office, that mean late nights. The schools closed Thursday and Friday because of the amount of students and teachers that were sick. Luckily no one in my family has got it. I have a little cold but not the flu.

Michael has gone to his parents house to try to fix their computers. I didn't have to go because Allison has a friends wedding to attend. I like his parents, but prefer not to have to go. I am enjoying just doing nothing and trying to catch up on sleep.

So I am off to bed since it is now 1 am.

40th Birthday

Well, Saturday was my 40th Birthday and I was sick, the whole weekend. Didn't go to work on Monday, and find out today, that they threw me a surprise party and I wasn't even there to celebrate. Not good at all. The year 2008 has bit the big one in my opinion. First, on New Years Day, I find out that someone that was in my house, stole my sons IPOD. This got me made me mad, but I got over it and said I didn't care to have any of my kids friends over, because one of them is the one that stole it. Second, the kids that were already here, decided to throw the power pack for Allison's lap top off the balcony, where my camera just happened to be sitting. Broke the glass on the display, had to ship it to New Jersey in order for it to be repaired. Ending up costin $305 to repair it. Still waiting for it to be shipped back. I have all these pictures I want to take and don't have my camera.

Happy New Year

My first post for the year 2008. Spent the day alone, which was good, went to Michael's and bought some crafty stuff to finish my Prima container. Went to my friend Gayle's liquor store and spent some time with her. Came home to a house full of kids, not all mine, but that has been the way it has been for the last two weeks.

So happy New Year to all.

After Christmas news

Had a good Christmas, just seemed like it came too fast and I wasn't prepared for it. The bad thing is I didn't take a single picture, what kind of scrapbooker am I???? Haven't taken down the tree, it was only decorated because the kids we had staying out our house while we were at the IL's decorated it for me. Opened Christmas present on Christmas Eve because the kids bought their own presents, and they knew what they were getting. What a bad MOM I am. Busy at work, makes MOM a bad MOM.

Brandon's 18th Birthday

I forgot to mention Brandon's birthday on December 3. He got Guitar Hero III for his XBox 360. He then went and got another tatoo on his other arm. Still haven't taken him out to eat his Birthday dinner. Don't know why him turning 18 is hard on me, could be that it will not be long before he is out of the house, or maybe it is the fact that I am getting old.

Got the Christmas tree up. Decorating is tomorrow.
